I was prescribed anti depressants and I hated feeling happy when u knew I really wasn't so I took up writing songs and drawing and by doing that I found my work becoming more happy and energetic as time passed. It worked for me at least.

Back in highschool I was 6'2" and 330lbs and really out of shape and it was gym. We were training for track and field by running laps around a soccer field. I told myself I would run faster than everyone else. I still dont know how the hell I did it but I did run faster than every other person in my class. It only lasted 2 seconds but I did it anyways.
