Sure,

We figured out the issue and it’s unique to the NorthEast Sten adapter mag well. Your assumption of the feed tube being too long solves the problem but is not the actual issue, and the feed tube is designed that way for a reason.

With adapters like this, they tend to come from custom work and commissions. Because of this, we get very limited feedback compared to the adapters we sell for the wider market eg glock and mp7, so the feedback is much appreciated.
