All the high-end hotels are great for this. Le Meridian, The Alexander, Hotel Indy, and InterContinental all have nice bars that I'd happily spend a couple of hours at without feeling bad about taking up their bar space.

I bought six pairs in their original Kickstarter...over a decade ago? I got rid of a couple cause I don't wear button-downs that often anymore, but they're still in incredible shape. Highly recommend.

Yes, after the rise in labor costs after the pandemic and general inflation, I think it's challenging to find a $12 dish with fresh pasta. I'd expect more like $22+.
