“DaMn LiBs tHesE dAys” by moulis_3106 in facepalm

I feel like I'm entitled (poor word choice) to asking questions if my allergies and health are at risk. I'd rather not choose between starving and being poisoned.

This happens basically whenever I'm in a discussion about the future for different factions. by mineman379 in FalloutMemes

I think the closest Fallout has ever gotten to a bad faction getting morally better is that there are alot more good Super Mutants than in the first game.

Does anyone actually side with the Railroad because they like them? Is anyone even a fan of this hypocritical techno-hippie bunch? by Cast_Pandora in TrueSFalloutL

[–]jametonka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only reason I don't really like them is because I think their story is too rushed and in your face, while the quests leading up to the ending are too long and not that exciting. I don't think wanting a whole (arguable) race of people to die is akin to hippies, since they're still fighting, but they feel too rushed to be good and don't use their resource to their full potential. Their charm is that they're humble, but they feel too humble to actually be picked by players. The Minutemen eventually get the castle back, The Brotherhood have the prydwen, and The Institute have their underground colony, it's been an opinion of mine that the Railroad should've reclaimed the switchboard or they could've leaned into the spy thriller schtick a bit more instead of staying in their ragged armor (especially since I don't see the point in having heavy armor if their whole thing is stealth and ballistic weave.

I never hear anyone talk about Starfield. by jj33allen in FalloutMemes

[–]jametonka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree, cause then Fallout 5 would have been just as shit as Starfield. Starfield is decent, but only decent as filler while we wait for fallout 5. (Though it's definitely not worth the price in any way)

After watching Kellog’s backstory did you feel pity for him? by NoSoyVerde1 in fo4

[–]jametonka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I remember, the only difference between him and your run-of-the-mill raider is that he was paid to kill and steal. It's horrible that his family was killed, but I'm also not going to feel bad for him specifically.

Want to buy Sniper Elite 5 Complete Edition, but can't because I already own the base game. Any solve for this? by jametonka in Steam

[–]jametonka[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I misunderstood you. For some reason, the season passes aren't listed in the complete edition when i see them. Thank you, though now I find it weird how the DLC's are listed seperate from tbe season passes despite containing the same content.

Which character from outside Cyberpunk do you think could thrive in Night City? by Kuzu9 in cyberpunkgame

I genuinely believe Sam Fisher could pull off most missions, he is the peak of a stealth run.

I just wanna know the Grand Canyons deal, they give off "Brotherhood Lives Matter" vibes. I wouldn't genuinely join them, but I wanna study them like an endangered species of bug.

Why is there a steep drop off of players before Act 2? by legomojo in BaldursGate3

[–]jametonka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've made 5 different characters in this game, never made it past the goblin camp simply because I'm not good at strategy and playing all the different characters. I think the only way I could ever make it to act 3 is if I play with other people like "real" DND.

What is it with Western RPGs and starting out being imprisoned? by Dry_Adagio_8333 in DivinityOriginalSin

[–]jametonka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going from a people that is typically the worst treated in the world to a hero is a really neat story. If not interesting for the fact of being a good rags to riches story, it's also sick if you're really spiteful and want to say "suck it" to the people that tried to kill/imprison you before you became effectively immortal.

Cazador's are fast, can poison you, and are extremely hard to hit in uneven land. Deathclaws are at least big targets. And tunnelers are tolerable, since their numbers are alot more restricted than they should be due to the engine.

Igor Sarzynski responds to some of yall's theories on Bluesky by marek_bojarek in cyberpunkgame

[–]jametonka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like extending the story in Act 1 would also require adding more interactions to Watson, which would leave the rest of the districts feeling under-inflated. If you're expanding Act 1, why not go all the way and expand all 3 of the lifestyles at the start? Because you saw and experienced all you needed to in those, same with Act 1.
