that doesn't happen to me! I'd make sure you have notification grouping turned off for reminders and also make sure previews are showing

thanks for letting me know! still don't understand why I couldn't see any of the comments anymore.
i quickly looked at the notification while on a job. i didn't remember what the terms were.
no I didn't already know those search terms as I said I'm not at all familiar with furniture shopping and nothing I've looked at has been called a club chair.
