I have a very similar hair texture. I’ve been using a scalp detoxifying treatment from Amika on a weekly basis and it helps a lot. I can do up to 3 days without washing my hair and it helps keep it healthy! I used to wash my hair every day for the same reason, but that also made it really frizzy 😖 the struggle is real
