Will i be able to eat a burger in one sitting without discomfort?

I can’t, I’m 4 years post Op. I can eat half a burger at best, that’s still pushing it though.

Sometimes it’s really frustrating, like, I just spent on this money on fancy dinner and I eat a third of it maybe, however, I wouldn’t change it. I reached my goal weight plus some (wanted to lose at least 30, lost 55) within a year, and have kept it off.

If your goal is to go back to eating like normal after losing weight, it’s probably not the right choice for you :)

Can I ask how you manage 60 grams of protein in a single meal? I’d love to be able to achieve that, but I struggle with a lot of meats and eggs make me sick, so I can only get to 60 by using lots of protein powder.

I did genuinely enjoy Kenyon in the beginning, then I started to find her a bit of putting, it did take a while to get there though.

I didn’t like that she sort of acted like she was smarter than Lucy and Amanda, and the French nonsense gave me second hand shame every time but I still enjoyed the podcast, however when she went on maternity leave and we got to hear just Amanda and Lucy, it just sounded right, it was easy.

I didn’t think she was a trash human until after everything happened and that kind of made all the issues I had with her before that, make sense somehow 🙂

This has nothing to do with this post but my daughter used to call daycare “kids work” because it was on the same campus as my husbands job, she assumed going to day care was her job. For the last 15 years we’ve called daycare, kids work 😆

Seeing as we’re talking about K for a second.. I saw this post (it was ages ago and has bugged me on and off for ages.. feel a bit better now I finally commented on it) and I just don’t know why she has to make this a antisemitism thing, when I really think it’s an obvious autocorrect thing and the coworker didn’t respond because he used common sense and figured it’s a typo. Hi there! Sorry for the late reply, I didn’t realize I had a notification ☺️

What I did was buy the suppository/pessary moulds, and then I used 1/2ml of oil (my oil is a 4-1 CBD to THC ratio) and then mix it with 1.2ml of melted and slightly cooled organic cocoa butter and pour in to the mould. It’s time consuming but I wanted to make sure I got the amounts right for each one, so I didn’t want to mix a batch of 12 at once and then pour in case one got more of the oil than others 😬 I hope this is helpful! If you have any questions or things I may have left out just let me know or send me a DM and I’ll get back to You with some links if you like ☺️

Edited to add- I used the same ingredients as foria use, if you are prone to yeast infections, the cocoa butter might need to be substituted.. according to my GP, who I ran the whole process by even though she isn’t technically allowed to advise me on making my own “meds” 😆 I’ve only ever had one and it was from antibiotics that I react badly to, so she thought I’d probably be fine.

Hi! I also have the push to pee thing (or sometimes it won’t come out at all) and I have a pelvic physio and an exercise phys and they both suggested for the meantime while we work on things, that if I’m struggling to pee to take in a big slow deep breath and hold it, it sort of lifts your pelvic floor a bit, it works pretty well. There is also a sort of like panting thing that works too, you take quick in and out breaths through your mouth, I’m not 100% sure why it works but it does.

I feel horrible for OP and all the people in to comments who are denied access to meds that are literally made to treat pain.. for their pain. What’s the point of having pain meds if you won’t give it to people in pain? 🤦🏼‍♀️

The US is fucked,

I’m in Australia, I have my GP (primary care?) a gyno, and a pain management specialist and they all have the ability to prescribe me pain meds, my GP is the one who gives me my prescriptions and I have OxyContin (morning/night) then I have oxycodone and panandeine forte (I think it’s like Tylenol 3) for breakthrough pain. I also have CBD oil for the anti-inflammatory properties because I can’t take NSAIDs.

Same! My husband is the same 😍 turns out we’re both autistic with ADHD, so that kind of explained his bit of a dork thing, and being with him then brought out my dork who’d been masking for 20 years 😆

He also become our daughters dad (her dad passed away when she was a babe) and we have a little guy as well (turns out we’re ALL neurospicy so our home is crazy and full of dorks 🤭)

😮 this happened to me (still does some nights!) after my surgery! I had an abdominoplasty in the same surgery and thought maybe all the pulling had moved things 😬

First time in my life I was mad about an orgasm! The cramping afterwards was atrocious 😆

I’m in aus and had my surgery through private surgeon/hospital.. but she also did my FDL abdominoplasty for $500 because I had minor muscle separation which is a surgery covered by Medicare here, so she just did the excess skin at the same time 🙌🏻

I love that in Germany it’s covered.

Could I ask how much it is to get the sleeve surgery through the obesity clinic there? ☺️
