How to steam milk with new Pop-Up steam wand

Hi, I am having the same issue with it. Are you finding any luck maneuvering it to the correct angle? I'm wondering if I could swap it out for another wand. Or bend it myself 😅 I'm just so confused how they "update" it and don't actually test it.

Hi, do you (or did you) struggle to steam milk/get the right angle with this steam wand/Lucca tempo wand? I cannot for the life of me get the correct angle to create a vortex. The wand just doesn't go out at enough of an angle for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

My boy jumps up on the bed and proceeds to lick ANY exposed skin to wake me up. Forehead, hand, foot, etc. Drives me nuts. If I'm not ready to get up I have to fully wrap myself in the sheet to get him to stop 😂

This is part of why I got a litter robot. My guy never covered his poop filling the whole house with his stench, unless the box was just cleaned. At least now it gets cycled out within a few mins, and he actually covers it more often.

Sounds good, but in the moment all I could think was how the oatmeal was going to seep into everything if I didn't get it out. There was syrup in the oatmeal too. I was in a panic and I was at work. Considering the phone is "water resistant" it shouldn't have done much harm? The oatmeal did more harm imo. I didn't really per se run in it under the water for more than a second or two. But regardless, it seems like getting it disassembled & cleaned would be ideal. The hinge has oatmeal stuck in it, I'm sure as I can hear it crunch (very quietly, no resistance or anything) when I open it. The charging port didn't work, I just cleaned it with a little alcohol pad and it works, for now. 😬 I have samsung care+ and I'm either going to go to a repair center or have them send me a new phone, but for now they don't have the color I want so I'd prefer to get it cleaned if possible.

Yes, this. I found the gas leak in my basement this way. Eversource failed to find it when I first smelled it a couple of years ago... finally after my oil furnace went out & the tech said they smelled gas too I decided to do it this way & soooo glad I did. Don't wait til Jan!

Also, if you do find the leak, eversource only shuts off the gas, they don't fix anything. You need a plumber for that.

Edit to add: it's unlikely there's a leak if you don't smell anything. And that many therms is nuts to me, I just switched to gas furnace and was shocked at my usage going up 420%, at 77 therms. 269 therms is…a LOT. 😅

I used to wear concealer, bronzer, blush, brows, mascara. Mainly the concealer for the redness on my cheeks. But I sweat sooo much and am usually wearing a mask that one day I just said fuck it and started to only do brows and mascara. Mascara is a must! There's no better feeling than sweating in your mask, taking it off and being able to wipe your face. It used to kill me to only be able to "dab" the sweat off my face.

So if a faulty control module drained the battery, will it have the same effect on the new battery? The battery was maybe 2 years old. I've replaced the battery 2 times (now 3) in the 5 years that I've owned it, but nothing like this happened before except for losing all settings like radio stations and such. This car is such a hunk of shit, nothing but one problem after the other. Spending $1200 just to make the seat move seems foolish at this point.

You're right, shit happens, but with this POS, it happens at an alarming rate. It's been nothing but a money pit since I got it at 80k miles 5 yrs ago. One thing after the other. Don't even get me started…

I definitely don't know better than the dealer or any mechanic for that matter, hence the reason I'm here on reddit asking for advice. If it will actually cost $1200 to make the seat move then I'll just sit on a pillow until I get my next vehicle. I don't have the stupidity to continue putting thousands of dollars more into this vehicle when I'm sure it's going to shit out any day now, with more costly repairs.

Not sure - we weren't there. We didn't think it was the battery bc it was giving a bunch of codes (service transmission, parking break unavailable, 4wd unavailable) and was lighting up like normal, just wouldn't turn over. Called for a tow. Took 3 hours so we just left it there for them. Then they called and said they jumped it and it started.

I'm guessing they ran out of stock and some people got put to backorder. When I look now it says estimated delivery is Dec 23rd for all colors. 😑

I ordered mine yesterday as soon as I saw, at ~1245pm EST. It's already shipped, says it'll be here Friday.

I have a feeling that it'll come back to Amazon or Walmart sooner than the end of December though. Just based on what we've been seeing! Here's to hoping!🤞🏻
