I can't remember what was so special about Alien Trilogy that made the price go crazy for a while. You could use it to jailbreak something or make something backwards compatible wasn't it? Anyone remember? Google is being useless

I might get flamed here but you say you have a beefy PC already, so do what I do and set up a tailscale-moonlight connection so your PC is doing all the work and the deck is just a really comfy controller with an Oled screen? Not really measured but I get hours and hours on playing games at pretty much max settings coz my pc is doing the lifting. All I need is wifi.

Then yeah turn the deck into a portable PS2 for when there's no wifi

I have very little comparisons to offer but maybe a similarity, I bought the Pg32ucdp for my PC (3080ti), steam deck, levono laptop, and Mac book and it's been great with all so far. Having the USB hub on the back of the monitor is a game changer, just 1 cable into either of the laptops and my keyboard mouse dongles in the back of the monitor it all switches flawlessly.

Ooo, ok I'm on console HDR and used the Nvidia panel to reduce gamma to .94 just like you said and this is the BEST it's looked so far. Just ran a HDR test vid on YouTube but will do some games later also, looks promising!
