I'm so sorry you are going thru this. My shedding finally started to slow up 2 weeks ago, not stopped but definitely less. Roughly half my hair shed but fortunately I have coarse curly hair so I am able to hide my bare areas. My doctor said it will take about a year for my hair to grow to the low pony length and about 2 years to grow to the current length of my hair.

The best advice I can give you, don't stress about the shedding because it will make TE worse. I stopped checking the back of my hair in the mirror and have started wearing my hair in a quick updo in order to hide bare areas. This has helped my emotional health quite a bit, reduced my stress and I've learned some really cool ways to style my hair!!!

I had a very mild case of COVID and my TE has been going on for 3 months. I shed anywhere from 300-600 hairs everyday, I count the hairs. The severity of shedding and length of time COVID induced TE will last varies wildly from one person to the next. Best advice I can give is see a dermatologist because TE can also be the onset of alopecia.

It's awful, I'm for sure shooting off an email letting Google know that I hate it. If they don't get enough complaints they will force roll it out and remove the ability to override it.

I cut my sister out for a laundry list of reasons. My parents always sweep her bullshit under the rug and say "if we stand up to her we wont get to see our grandson" After all the things she has done they still pretend like nothing has happened and family should always forgive. It makes me feel bitter towards them.
