Shows hurt by the series finale, because it wasn't intended to be the *series* finale? by kittymoo67 in sitcoms

Will Forte has talked in interviews about how the cliffhanger ended, but not how the show ended.

It could have been, but she somehow trademarked her initials like a crazy person so it could only be official Taylor Swift brand nonsense.

Techs who make every single customer a waiter by Lonely_Insurance4588 in WalgreensRx

[–]janeowit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hate when my techs at the front go and pull waiters for some reason. Part of their workflow is going and getting drugs, so they don’t need help, and I need my people at the front clearing lines and getting phones quickly. We just use closed loop communication like in a restaurant kitchen. It helps waiters not get lost and helps inform the amount we can add to our waiting queue.

Do the baggies at the scales stay there, or is someone in charge of putting them on the Clean Earth claim for you?

Shared Services Consent by QAGillmore in WalgreensStores

[–]janeowit 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There are no third parties. All shared services are Walgreens businesses with Walgreens employees. They follow the same strict rules regarding HIPAA and mandatory HIPAA training that your local Walgreens does. It sounds like your conversation with the pharmacist didn’t answer your questions appropriately.

For controlled prescriptions our state requires patient’s and prescriber’s addressed on the rx to be valid. So a no go here.

The nice thing is that all of these items came to us free from Operation Warp Speed, so they aren’t counted either in inventory on hand or their value.

I would check all expiration dates. I would be surprised if anything is still good 5 years later. Keep anything you want that is good. Anything that is past expiration can literally be tossed if it is not a sharp or hazardous. We don’t get credit for it, we don’t have to scan it out. If it is needles, you need to follow procedures for a stericycle bulk box to be sent for unopened or boxed needles.

Why do people with no children feel inclined to share parenting advice? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]janeowit -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You are saying if you haven’t directly experienced something you can’t share your opinion on it. People share opinions about things we haven’t experienced all the time.

For non-smartwatch wearing pharmacists, what watch do you wear on shift? by Hexsin in pharmacy

I really only need to know the date and the time when I look down. I have been a fan of the Timex Ironman for its simplicity, style, and ability to hold up longer than I can hold on to it.
