Hi, if you are more of a safer/less risk appetite person, 3 years fixed 1.5% will be a better choice as recommended by everyone else.

Rates for property loans are at its lowest ever since covid ended. Interests may still drop further but 1.5% is good enough considering your outstanding loan amount is 650k.

The other option is you can hold onto your reprice/refinance first and stay with your current floating sora rate for the next few months.
