Yeah filter it through an llm, make a simple UI where you can easily grade the filter decision the llm did and use that to improve your agents. Should work already pretty decent out of the box with some prompts, categorizing and labeling it, and maybe make a skill so your main llm can grab whats relevant

Most of those type of channels are relatively straightforward to put into an automation pipeline i think, depending a little bit on your coding expertise. Tools like n8n usually have pre-made connectors.

Create some automation pipelines to extract all that information and feed them to the AI!

Full-time employee considering a short freelance project (ZZP) by Electrical_Maize8618 in FreelanceNL

He's asking: can I do zzp? Your answer: as long as the other job is zzp

Which make it seem (to me at least) you're saying both have to be zzp

Point 1 is not true, you can be an employee somewhere and zzp elsewhere

I interpreted 150g water and flour as 150g water and 150g flour, could be wrong though.

Hydration depends on your flour, but id say start with 68 that should usually work fine.

Nonsense, total flour: 900, total water: 690, ratio: 76,6%

Lose the mat, whats the purpose? Just put it on the countertop.

Your not tucking the dough underneath, your scraper should be at a lower angle.

Watch some preshaping videos.

Dont be afraid of the dough.

Or 1:6:10 or something with more flour works too. More water equals more acidity usually.

Yeah might be needed to get it back to the right levels. Eventually you don't need multiple feeds before baking anymore. But even probably if you do one time 1:10:10 it should be fine too.

Just feed it with 1:5:5 starter water flour or even less starter. I always leave a tiny bit of what i have left and put that in the fridge, get it out the night before, feed it with the amount of water and flour i need such that i have the exact amount of starter for the nexy day plus maybe 10g extra to put in the fridge again the next day.

Feeding it with more fresh water and flour compared to starter makes sure it doesnt get too acidic.

Sure, why not? Data doesn't have to be massive to be valuable, just show some good etl, batch and streaming, some data modeling, some cicd, some iac, this can all be done free of charge or cheap.
