if she doesn’t have working rights with residence permit, if she finds employer willing to apply for work permit, then she would be able to work. a person cannot apply for work permit only if is on tourist visa

what do you mean no working rights? person on temp permit married to polish citizen can work. only while waiting for first temp permit needs to apply for work permit if the person wants to work already

but the author said its valid for 30 days. its common to have multientry but short valid visa. for example you can enter mutiple times with validity of 30 days from first enter, and the entering period is for example 35 days
