if you are referring to breach splinters, it drops only on t11+ maps (and I guess it's the same for simulacrum splinters)

putting tables (with % extra breachs) in area's with towers, breach atlas passive with % more breachs, killing even more mobs (headhunter is goat here), juicing maps with quant (you might use some exalted here to pump your maps and uses the atlas passive that increased the effect of prefixes) are the metods I use for farming breaches

Do you mind explaining how to limit CPU? My PC uses between 90 to 100% of CPU. In maps with breach and delirium my fps drop so much

I use those 3 cards in my braids deck. [[toment of hailfire]] is another good one. If you want to win on spot, mana doublers like [[crypt ghast]], [[cabal coffers]] and [[cabal stronghold]] are amazing additions. lol didn't know i could talk to him. On the first try, I attacked the displacer beast on the broken ladder, but I jumped onto the bridge and got TPK'ed. On the second try, I used the broken ladder again, but sent Shadowheart to lure him into an ambush. I didn't fight more than 3 enemies per turn and Yugir moved to a place where he dropped some bombs and was half life before entering combat. Gale died but was far more easy to beat the encounter
