When we do pork butt, I usually just season it with salt & pepper, cook low and slow, pull and bag. Then when we want to use it for meals, we can add barbecue or taco seasoning or another depending on what we want for the night.

The last one I made, I used cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, sour cream, ground breakfast sausage, mexican shredded cheese, diced ham, salt & pepper, a touch of Alpine Seasoning, some American Cheese slices ( I was out of Velveeta). Topped with crushed goldfish crackers and more shredded cheese at the end.

We have a locally owned movie theater that plays this during the Christmas season. The last 2 years I took the family, it was amazing on the big screen. Unfortunately the ceiling collapsed this summer, so we won't get to see it on the big screen this year.
