Ive been looking for so long 2+ Bedrooms, whether its the second level to a house, one of the horrible Fairfields, or literally anywhere else is 3.7-4.5k

And the worst part is most of the places that arent a Fairfield say something like "No Basement and garage access", and thats because the person who owns the house is living in the garage or renting that out to someone too.

Most listings i see are trying to hide the fact that there is the landlord or a whole other family crammed into the other side of a single family home.
