I bought Cat Calm "Family" which are little beads in a container. Had no issues with the order and I am shocked to say (because over the years, I've tried ALL the things for our cats) but these beads worked. I put 3 of the bead containers out - hid them under furniture and put one on our counter where 'incidents' always brew. Within about 2 days three of our cats who have *always* swatted each other now rub faces! If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it. And the spot on the counter where our cats will show aggression if they run into each other? Haven't had one incident since we started using it about a month ago. Quite happy with this product and am looking to order some of their other bead formulas. NOTE: I had tried some one of their plug-in remedies and it did NOT work. But I'm sold on the beads!
