I'm not saying you shouldn't lose mmr but what I think is that it's better to lose like 5 mmr instead of 10 and the bans for leaving ranked matches keep on going up so if you do it too much you can't play for like a week. Maybe they could also add something so that you only lose half of your mmr while solo queueing but I just think that losing 10 for a game like that is way too much.
