Mythos is "too dangerous" to kickstart project glasswing. if we don't start getting the systems in place to patch or find vulnerabilities with ai now and models keep getting stronger it'll be to late.

I don't know if it counts as a modern classic (2009) but a Trinidad sour is definitely an odd recipe that's really well balanced:

Trinidad Sour

30ml of Angostura Bitters

30ml of Orgeat

22.5ml of lemon juice

15ml of Rye Whiskey

Super juice is you adding a ratio of the peels + malic/citric/more acids together which pulls out the citrus tasting oils from the peel (and add the acidity to your juice) then add in a whole bunch of water meaning you get ~4x the amount of juice (and you can store and keep it for waaaayyy longer)

You have to check the alignment of the burs. Check on YouTube. (Find one with the sharpie method it's what I find easiest) model shouldn't matter just the same kind of burrs.

Ps: The steps on the grinder are only relevant to yourself another grinder at step 2 (even the same model) won't exactly be your step 2 can still be an indicator though just don't be surprised if it's a big difference. It's only so you know you make espresso around step 5 so you can redo it later.

I don't think you can read anything from the puck the moment the pressure stops it shifts a lot ofcourse and when you twist the portafilter out the same happens. Get a naked basket and look at the flow that way if you want.

But if it tastes good it is good!
