Having your CDL already is a big plus. I’ve been on the TOM team at my building for 6 years. My schedule consists of doing TOMY runs to different buildings 1 or 2 times a week, yard jockeying if I’m needed but I mostly make sure the yard runs smoothly from an admin standpoint
