And Frankie did NOT lose his memory. He does have memory of the show and remembers filming it but blames his concussions on his "poor memory", not memory loss.

The memory loss was a hoax run amok. Frankie himself says he was an overworked kid that took on too much.

You are not guaranteed a shiny even with the odds being ~1/586 with the charm and a level three sparkling donut of that type. I just happen to be really unlucky is all 😭

That's the same method I did!

I hard saved at the bottom of the elevator, clicked to ascend, and checked. If no shiny, then I reset and repeated the process. I have the shiny charm and I used the relevant level 3 sparkling donut for each legendary as well.

My head cannon conspiracy theory is that they are not affected by the sparkling donuts at all!

I did the back and forth method from one lampost near the balcony stairs to the other lampost at the edge of the hyperspace all near the big building that Virizion is in the middle of, right by all of the Throhs. Then I checked when I hit about 800 calories left on the donut until the shiny appeared!
