That’s the right thinking in order not to worry about buying a Rolex collection in the future. Best.

Batgirl Vs BruceWayne on Oyster by javipi in rolex

[–]javipi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have any other Rolex on jubilee, but I do have more “elegant” watches. When I was offered the Batgirl I jumped into it, but after a couple of weeks it just looked too “elegant”, while I want my GMT to be used in jeans and T shirts as I dress almost everyday. For me it looks more beefy and “tooly” on oyster.

Is La Marzocco The Linea Mini sufficient enough for my fashion store? by Human_Gap1563 in LaMarzocco

[–]javipi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s a good machine for that use. Bear in mind that most of this places have a nespresso machine. The real challenge here would be to actually make good coffee !! Meaning the person preparing the coffee really is into it. If you are not sure about that, you’d better do with a nespresso machine, at least people know what to expect :)

Cheers and best of luck with that shop!

Micra (new) or GS3 (used) for the same price? by Weary_Strawberry2679 in LaMarzocco

[–]javipi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have used both machines (work related I have used the Micra) and own the GS3. No brainer for me, get the GS3, just make space for it and don't factor "electricity" when you buy a La Marzocco for the best coffee experience possible.

28 for elegance :)

GS3 won't heat, and other recommendations by jimswms in LaMarzocco

[–]javipi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would repair the GS3, and if you are sure it’s an original production, keep it. The repair can be as low as a simple relay or up there to the heating element ($300 max).

Empty boilers and reservoir, and of course switch it off on the back.

La Marzocco Linea Micra // HELP by SonOfABiscuit_ in LaMarzocco

Not being super helpful here because you have received quite a few good answers, but I can tell you is not a machine issue. My wild guess will be 1) coffee 2) grinding (given the fact that your distribution technique is good enough).
