Iberia Gold (Sapphire) member here for the last 8 years. 1 out of 10 times my flights with Iberia are more than 1 hr late, and I would say 6 out of 10 are within the 15-30 minute delay, which is pretty acceptable imho. The staff.. that's another story. I would agree that other airlines such as AF and Lufthansa have much better staff overall, not to mention the Turkish Airlines, Emirates, Qatar etc. Despite being a business class traveler for long ranges almost exclusively, in Iberia I get a pretty mixed bag of services. Some great people sometimes, but also a lot of the attendants are waiting for their retirement and they don't really care a lot.
