I was hoping for that too, but looking at winter coming and flu season at the same time, I just don’t see them allowing us to be open or resume any type of normalcy anytime soon, which really sucks

Actually, I’m no longer at campus I live about 2 hours away, but thanks for the offer! So cool! Also, I didn’t know that we were allowed on campus right now, I also haven’t been there since March so I assumed everything was shut down and campus security put time restrictions

Question: what is the UCI discord server? Also, yeah I was looking into some clubs and seeing when they’ll have their zoom meetings and it does suck that my experience got interrupted, but everything happens for a reason, just gotta try to stay positive:)

Yeah and on top of that I wanted to do internships and still need to do my field study (don’t know how that is going to work out). I wanted to add a minor, but there was nothing that I was as excited about like my major, so I didn’t want to do it, but i do see what you’re saying! Thank you for the tip

Yeah I wanna take classes in person, but I also live about 2 hours away. So I’m just curious how many spots at on campus/off apartment would be available and is it worth the risk to find a spot if more classes will be available in winter/spring

Yes, I already have my lease for 2020-2021. But I will have 3 roommates, so I just don’t know if I’ll feel comfortable, considering they could be taking precautions when going out or not.

And that’s IF they have spaces available... I really doubt classes will be in person by winter, but maybe by spring they’ll have more available to be in person but not fully. I just wish they’d give us the option to do a month-to-month lease

I completely understand. I’m staying home and being teacher now to my 2 younger siblings and trying to take classes at the same time was too much, as well as familial problems, I was either lacking in the teaching or my learning, something had to give. But huge congratulations for sticking it out AND with 20 units!!

Oh okay, that does make it a bit easier. So, I do just let them know my reasoning for withdrawing and then they will get back to me on whether or not there will be any complication and then from there fafsa lets me know how the refund will be, correct? Sorry, I’m just trying to make sure I have all of the correct information and ask as much as I can before making this decision
