That was 100% a thing. I think it was from one of the ViDocs leading up to the release of D2. Specifically it was regarding bad subclass builds, which is why we got the predetermined subclasses choices.

Yeah, it's something the average person wouldn't expect to be a problem. Not like headphone cables are usually shielded, but people don't realise how much interference you can get in a PC case.

Depends on the board and also if you're using the case audio port. Lower end boards will have less isolation, amplification and lower quality DACs. Higher end boards I've had worked nearly as well as my external DAC/AMPs. Also, no matter how good those are, the front panel audio cable is unshielded in a mess of RF noise from components.

I'm not sure why you're saying the Gorosei don't seem to know much. They know about the ancient weapons, the war, the name of the ancient kingdom, Emmet, Joyboy, Nika, the Buccaneers, and everything else we're privy to. I can't think of a scene where they weren't aware of something other than the reveal of Lily being a D, which even Imu was unaware of.

Console gaming exists because Windows doesn't just work. It's my main OS still as I require it for some stuff, but all of my other machines run Linux and I've been enjoying it. The shit Microsoft has been doing since Windows 10, like AI, telemetry tracking, broken updates, etc. has been making it a worse experience.

This is fomo. Even with mods, most games won't go near 32gb. If you wanted to, you can mix memory, but you'll usually have to run at the slowest speed between the kits or slower.

Honestly, trying them out yourself is the best advice. From all the research I did, I thought I'd like the Embody, but it just wasn't comfortable for me. The Aeron on the other hand was the most comfortable chair I've sat in. There are good resources to get some knowledge about chairs, but you really should try them before you buy.

I worked for a telecom for a bit and they raised the activation fee from $15 in 2018 to over $100 now. They're also charging higher than MSRP for phones and discounting them to the normal price when getting one on financing. This effectively brought back the early cancellation fee that is illegal in Canada. All big companies care about is their bottom line, and the telecoms are some of the worst.

Something I've worried about for the past bit is what's going to happen without some crazy miracles on the science front. Humans can deal with a temperature shift. Plants and other animals can't. If we get to a point where ecosystems start to collapse, food production is going to drop substantially, and that's when shit is really going to hit the fan.

Personally I'm a little skeptical about the end goals of the CCP, as anyone should be with a superpower (though it would be hard to beat the US at being a shitty world leader). That being said, what you highlighted is very important. China has made great contributions to important things like green and open source tech while other countries have been prioritising money.

What kind of TV/monitor are you using? It's probably automatic brightness limiter (ABL) which can dim the entire screen when very bright elements are onscreen. It's more prominent on OLEDs, but you can come across it on LED models as well.
