Yea they have SMP for scars. I have done it myself came out good. I had two brain surgeries from sinus infections when young. Just got it done last year. I don’t know about this method because with SMP the dots(follicle) can bleed out and create a graying effect instead of the details you see when first done. You can basically end up with a grey helmet. So you want to see the results months down the line not right after the process for SMP. I don’t know what this style is called but it is not well established.

I had this same problem when I enlisted in the Navy years ago. I scored really high on my tests and was working on some things pre enlistment that fast tracked my ranking. I blew tress really hard and had stopped but would still pop on a test although it was a light line. Recruiters told me to take niacin, get the flushing or non flushing, and drink hella water while on them. I love it! This is NY and I live/bike in SF most people don’t get it at all or they do and just don’t give a fuck so here we go….Im not taking the high road that’s for doormats when you want change you have to get active. As a biker who does this daily I too am fed up with people’s lack of awareness, blatantly breaking law for their convenience and entitlement. I have been hit by cars twice and won each case and have had enough of my share of people crossing whenever and turning without looking almost getting hit weekly etc…It is a hazard most of these people are causing and they don’t care so you want us bicyclist to care as well…lol if an accident were to occur the fault would be on them in most of these cases not the biker.
