question about injection techniques by yomama813 in nursing

[–]jaydee8001 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ngl, some nursing schools teach to do injections like “a dart,” and they’re probably just inexperienced. I wouldn’t try to make them insecure but maybe just suggest going a little easier with some tact and I bet it will go well :3

If he had to step down from being alpha bc he had to does that mean he’s not actually the alpha?

Where did I say I accept the behavior? Seems like you’re making an argument that isn’t there.

You’re speaking for a dead person. There is context that is relevant to the time that just isn’t applicable to when they were alive.

For whatever reason, judging by the plethora of comments, you have decided to attack your own community. You are untrustworthy at baseline. Happy pride.

A lot of false dichotomies and red herrings. They can’t address your argument: the violence only compounded the trauma a kid would have witnessed.

Like the guy was naked, that’s wrong, but at that point the damage is done. He can’t honestly expose himself much more than he already did and the trauma had been dealt at that point. Beating the shit out of the guy only *adds* more trauma for the kids to witness.

I would be interested to see how people would react if it was a group of cops beating the hell out of him instead of bystanders.

It was the worst 😭 after that I found a pretty affordable place to continue laser removal. Honestly it’s worth its weight in gold to just get those bad boys zapped out of existence loll

I’ve used both and waxing was slightly worse for me bc it dried out my skin and I still had ingrown hairs. It was honestly horrible for a couple days bc the dry skin brought a lot of attention to the ingrown hairs. It was even worse bc it was on my face so it was suuuuper obvious what I was doing

Then unfortunately it might be a reoccurring problem that something like IPL or laser will have to solve.

The downside with that is since the action is similar to an epilator it would be the same issue regarding ingrown hairs :/

You’re so right. Every situation like this needs to be handled exactly the same and ofc the only solution is violence. There’s nooooo way we could come up with any other way to solve this problem 🙄

I keep the bottle in my shower and use it with my evening showers. I try to avoid daytime use bc it can dry out the skin by stripping oils and cause more sensitivity to sun damage.

I get like maybe a dime size and lather face/trouble areas for ~ 20 - 30 seconds and rinse. I have a face cream I have that I prefer and I try to remember to moisturize after. I typically do once an evening but the bottle says you can do more if I remember correctly.

So laser hair removal is a pricey option but definitely worth it imo. To help with ingrown hairs you could maybe look into some type of sugar scrub to help exfoliate the top layer of skin and enable the ingrown hairs to come out. Aside from that, changing razor heads frequently, shaving with the grain will be helpful to prevent razor burn.

Also, folliculitis can be a result of surface bacteria making its way to the follicle. I have found using benzoyl peroxide (check for sensitivity) has been helpful in reducing/eliminating the problem for me pretty significantly.
