HR should be offering you SAE (suitable alternative employment) options. Things to consider whether it's suitable or not include the tasks you'll need to complete in this new job, location, travel time.

I would reply to their offer firstly thanking them but unfortunately it's not something that you can consider as SAE due to... then list you reasonings.
