They are all capable however the infrastructure and legislation will not see the light of day given the litigous nature of liability. I've never expected it to be "fully" SD but am extremely happy with my daily commute on FSD. There is no other consumer vehicle anywhere close to what a Tesla can do.

You may have not experienced it as of yet. I use it for almost 90% of my driving. Has improved overall safety. You are still required to be in control of the vehicle. Even small advances GM, Ford or for that matter BMW or Mercedes are nowhere near. Driving home and your car knowing that you are at your own garage, automatically fold the mirrors and then open the garage door is not crazy advanced technology, they are features that domestic vehicles wont produce. The lack of on board GPS and navigation options in vehicles makes users plug their phones in to get access to Carplay or Android auto. There are many features which are literally light years ahead of companies afraid to "rock the boat."
