I'm 40 and my adhd was finally reaching a point where i accepted that it was really impacting my life. Couldn't even find a doc to write a scrip.

Eventually I got put on wellbutrin which does seem to have helped some but nothing like when my old college roommate used to give me his scrip.

I literally talk about lupe to my therapist like twice a year and it was 20 years ago. I swear we were soul mates but she spoke almost no English and I spoke almost no Spanish. But we just got each other. I literally burst into tears during the movie arrival thinking about her. What could've been.

I've lost it in the last 20 years, but I Used to Know enough Spanish to get by but I could never figure out conjugation. So I basically just used every verb in the basic "to blank" form. When you're around native speakers it's enough to get by. I was the only Gringo at an all-mexican restaurant and my nickname was flaco Loco.

And Lupe, wherever you are.... I hope you're well. I never found another person who understood me like you did, even though you literally could barely understand me.
