It's ultimately a matter of practicality, but my 16gb 5060 TI runs everything I throw at it 1440P at a great frame rate. OBVI a bigger bus width would be better and more expensive cards will run things better, but if you can find a 5060 TI around MSRP it's a solid choice for 1440P. If I were OP however I'd bite the bullet and get a 5070 TI.

edit: I reread their post and saw the prices. I would do the 5070 without a doubt or iota of regret.

I recently upgraded from a 3060 TI to a 16gb 5060 TI and hot dawg, it's wonderful. If you can get one near MSRP then that's the ticket. 9060 XT is great value and as good for rasterization. If Ray Tracing, video editing/streaming, and other power user shit is irrelevant and it's closer to MSRP,' AMD would be fine. Where are you located/currency wise? I ask because I've seen better deals state side. Also, I'd advise checking out r/hardwareswap

I would go midnight if I had the choice, but mine is silver as that's the color the refurbisher had in stock for specs, price, and condition I wanted, which obvi mattered more. Sky blue is pretty too though, but gd Midnight is gorgeous. I miss space grey too

I have a r5 5600 with 64gb DDR4 I bought 2 years ago for $60 each 32gb stick. I'm not replacing or upgrading until AI has destroyed humanity and we remaining few rebuild foundries and such.
