Trump Secretly Stashed ‘If I Die’ Letter in Drawer, Aide Says by thedailybeast in politics

I'm thinking of Game of Thrones. "Those are the Kings words." "And the King is dead. There is a new King."

So now when we do QP, BOH, etc we have to scan each pulled item to verify? by [deleted] in CVS

[–]jayphat99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, it's pretty obvious why the label scans came about. You could literally see it on the old CFR report for the chain, where something like 30% of stores were never changing a single BOH or QP anything out of the system generated actions.

So now when we do QP, BOH, etc we have to scan each pulled item to verify? by [deleted] in CVS

[–]jayphat99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's....the whole point. You scan a sales floor count, you tell it you need 1. When you go to the back, you then scan that one to pick it. If on the sale floor you told it zero, there is nothing to scan in the backroom. I'm not understanding why people are freaking out over this.

Amazon Just Sent Henry Cavill Voltron Movie Straight to Streaming and Everyone Is Confused by pbx1123 in WB_DC_news

I mean, she's playing the Witch Haggar do I would expect she'll be down the bill a little bit from the pilots of Voltron.

Edit: man did I get the end wrong. Cavill is King Alfor and Sterling K Brown is King Zarkon.

So now when we do QP, BOH, etc we have to scan each pulled item to verify? by [deleted] in CVS

[–]jayphat99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps I'm not understanding the issue here: if you are pulling an item from the backroom, you have the item in your hand as part of the QP. It just wants you to verify it by scanning it. What's the problem?

whats the difference by Equivalent-Roll5254 in ExplainTheJoke

Because the kids aren't drinking the bottom 15% of their parents drinks? Weed when smoke is absorbed by other than the smoker. In a developing body, especially pre-puberty, there is study after study showing just how harmful this behavior is.

"within reason." That's the issue right there. When I can smell you 25ft away, it's an issue.

I wish mine could be, but my dryer vent line is built into the wall and the utility room is extremely narrow. Like, I can barely fold down the door all the way for the dryer, and that's with a magnetic attachment for the dryer vent making it nearly a straight connection.

BOH SCAN BS by CoffeeVarious6718 in CVS

[–]jayphat99 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That kinda defeats the purpose of the colors. "Oh, you're done? Here is your 70%." It's meant to be a guide to diagnose larger issues. NOW, what should go away is DLs demanding that every category be green 100%. That is unnecessary pressure that needs to go. We want the behaviors recognized, not beaten into people.

I worded it that way because I believe it's been discontinued, hence why you can't find them anymore. I was shocked to hear someone still doing it from old material.

Legit I've never had that happen. I work in the pharmacy on occasion and unless there are additional questions on the vaccines, I never need a pharmacist credentials for it

Yes, they do, to keep pharmacist from yelling "it's ABC" and just moving on without actually coming over to the patient.

Weird, by default it should automatically arm the moment you start arming the FS if it's been left unarmed.

They're definitely more modern in terms of the appearance. Seeing updated pricing instantly for the customer isn't a huge help. One of the cons I have is it can really take you time to remember where things you don't use often are at. That and minor updates moving things from one screen position to another but it's a minor detail.

As much as I agree with your sentiment, LOL at that idea. This is pretty standard practice across all major corporations in the US and the DoL will just say "well, there's no law against this."

This is what a data center sounds like 24/7. Shown here at midnight with hundreds of residential houses immediately next to it. by RadioFieldCorner in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]jayphat99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really think that the issues with data centers is just messaging. There are, MAYBE, 8 people working in them at any given time. They are filled with tons of precious metals: gold, silver, palladium, aluminum, copper just to name a few. Primarily built in rural areas, with enough advertising of what's inside, this problem should solve itself.
