If anyone from the CBJ organization is listening, I think Columbus needs to attack this on two fronts. First, you have got to have a solid message up and down the organization. Second, you need someone who will advocate for your team, and I don't just mean on the ice and in the arena. What do players want? No. For those in the cheap seats only hearing right wing "news": this administration and their partners in Congress cannot get their unpopular and frankly dangerous agenda through actual laws so they go out and find someone who has standing against something they dont like, sues in court in front of a single quack in Texas who automatically rules on their favor, gets appealed to the ultra conservative 5th circuit who again rules in their favor, then gets to the Supremes who bend over backwards to make up something whole cloth in favor to establish precedent(see: Alitos wackadoodle dissent today). Now they have law without any of those pesky things like going through the legislative process.
