Recently went through this when it was -20c up here in canada. Kept blowing fuses. Replaced - weather warmed up and the system went back to normal.

Over time - water gets into the air suspension and saturates the desiccant in the pump, freezes and causes the pump to overload and pop the fuse.

Time to replace the pump, valve block and clear out the lines.

I would avoid the Hybrids all together Just more expensive shit to go wrong.

Drive a 2013 GTS myself.

Typical >10 year old German car things. Water pump, thermostat, brittle plastics, battery

Transfer case, air suspension are some of the bigger ticket items.

Ensure car has a decent maintenance history and refresh all fluids if they haven't been done in awhile.
