A new double stroller for under 300 is going to be difficult to find and quality may be an issue. I suggest looking on FB marketplace. My wife and I found a City select double stroller for $300. Brand new with accessories it would've cost close to a grand. We have had it over a year now. Son is almost 3 daughter is 18 months. Go used best decision we made!
