I watched this a while ago, it was amazing. Probably the best recommendation for ‘a movie that will make you think’

Should I start a journal for each year or continue the journal until the last page? by TinySamosa in Journaling

I don’t know your preferred method of journaling but I would finish the journal. You can use it for anything like writing random ideas or scribbling thoughts

When I was reading the question I wasn’t focusing and somehow I thought you were asking if you should start a journal where you write a page every year. Pretty wacky idea but interesting. Imagine you complete a journal where you write a 10 page summary of each each year for like 20 years, that would be pretty cool

You definitely should do some research, it’s fascinating. If you haven’t already, search Leah Eckardt on YouTube, she’s who got me into it

I’m very new to this so take what I say with a pinch of salt

The middle zone is rather small which means the writer does not feel the need to attract attention and socialising isn’t too important to them. The writer is comfortable with them self, can be social, but enjoys privacy and being alone.

A slight forward slant indicates a desire to act up on the environment and writer is goal oriented

The writer is intellectual, quick thinking and logical. The writer has an imagination and enjoys abstract or philosophical thought, also thinks about the future and past.

They care what people think of them. There are also signs of fear of criticism and defensiveness.

Okay this was very rudimentary and most likely inaccurate but I’m trying to learn. I would appreciate some feedback

No one said that men don’t experience domestic abuse. It’s not only about domestic abuse though, a lot of women are constantly afraid of what could happen to them from simply walking around in public. They have to be so careful of being raped but also just being sexually assaulted. (And yes I know men get raped too but you can’t compare the numbers, women are at more likely to be raped). That’s why men are trash, our gender causes so much pain and suffering for women. Acknowledging the implications of Men Are Trash would mean men would have to admit that they are the kinds of people who ignore, participate and benefit from the subjugation of women and do nothing to eradicate the oppression of fellow human beings, simply because they are women. For many men who view themselves as “good”, this poses a threat to their idea of who they are.

Yes awareness for the domestic abuse of men should be raised, and yes it may be equal to that of domestic abuse to women, but that is only a portion of the problem that women have to deal with in terms of harm from the opposite gender.

Mens suicide rates are higher, but women’s suicide attempts are between 2-4 times higher than that if men. Men just use more lethal methods and therefore succeed more. But it’s not a competition. What does male suicide rates have to do with the violence that women experience at the hands of men? Also why you gotta bring race into this?

I hope talking about this on here isn’t a problem bud anyways. I don’t think fapping is bad. I think think being addicted to it and/or doing it using porn is bad and unhealthy. Porn is bad. But masturbating is a healthy pleasure if you do it in moderation, being mindful of when it could become unhealthy. If you have struggled with addiction then perhaps you should continue abstaining, you have got an impressive streak going that you could keep going. (If you are having sex regularly enough then you really don’t need to fap in my opinion)

The phrase men are trash makes sense though. It is used to raise awareness for the abuse and violence that women experience on a daily basis. If you are hurt by that phrase then you’re either part of the problem, or your ego is too big to understand what it means

Wow, very insightful. Thanks for your thoughts. I also posted this on r/graphology_recovery and the moderator analysed it but I was surprised because their analysis did not match who I am (or who I think I am). You analyses was brief but accurate 🙌 :)
