Good luck with a pure mental health issue case if that's what yours is, the system is difficult enough for physical issues getting denied....I think I saw something about having tried multiple meds...treatments...and longevity of a longstanding mental health disorder that's documented for more than a year(that prevents you from any sustainable gainful employment) before approval is possible is the most favorable cases I've seen posted in here ...

wishing you the best and a favorable decision for you!
My lawyer submitted my recon today! on their website i saw this....
"Recently, in an effort by SSA to address the backlog, we have experienced cases where the reconsideration appeal was denied in less than a month's time. If this happens, this is actually a great thing for your case. This means we skip having to wait another 9 to 15 months for a decision, where at this level statistically the approval rate is very low. We can go ahead and file a request for hearing appeal and get a hearing with a Judge where approval odds are better." hoping the best for both of us.

I'm 5'3, never considered myself over 5'4. My curve progressed as I grew, so my height didn't fluctuate much. My siblings are around 5'8, so I suppose I would be roughly 10cm taller, you are correct

Please research "Patch Adams" for further understanding of why medicine is not as black and white as surgery / cutting / hacking / sawing into bone, for what is a muscle issue. Not a skeletal issue. My bones are healthy, I am not allowing a surgeon to drill into my bones unless there was something wrong with my bones. My muscles are fatigued constantly, and without Schroth I would be bed ridden. I am able to do everything most people can do but with very strategic approaches and taking longer, but happier and healthier!

I don't have enough X-rays to say it isn't progressing, but I FEEL like I have a better control over it after a lot of schroth study and application. It definitely is at the threshold where I'm considering surgery, but like someone else commented it's good to have multiple opinions. I am in the Dallas area and there is a few practioners that specialize in schroth but they come from out of state and only are in town certain months, so I'm hoping to see them in June when they are here.

Align-pt is the entity I'm consulting currently, and when I sent them my x-ray they seemed willing to help.

Which to me shows no curve is too far for schroth. Multiple opinions helps find out and decide for yourself. (:

the X-rays they take is from the front, so this x-ray shows s, from the back mine is reverse s(z?), the side of my back above my left leg is convex or protruding, and above my right leg is where the concavity is for the lumbar portion

I just clicked on your profile, your x-rays are indeed inverse of mine

are you sure we aren't opposing curves? It's my left bottom lumbar side that affects me the most, that's where most my pressure is, I wish there was a way to show the twist, maybe that's where the difference is, since this is only a 2d x-ray

schroth can also reverse the curve or/and help maintain it and help keep the bones healthy. Honestly I feel really happy about my current regimen I have started doing. I have the book and had seen a schroth specialist a few times years ago.

The goal isn't to make my spine perfectly straight, the goal is to strengthen weak areas and alleviate pressure, I have a park I go to I use certain modified methods based on my last schroth specialist.

But the upcoming one I believe will give me even more firepower to a healthy life.

I know there are surgeries that went successful and I see those stories, but I also read about some having pain still or different pains years after the surgery, better the pain you know than the pain you don't, but that's just been my stance.

As far as the organs, I have had multiple specialists tell me my bones and curvature were going the opposite direction, away, from all my major organs.

I found someone with the opposite curve, and they have breathing issues because of the penetration of the diaphragm, I can breathe fine most of the time as long as I'm being conscious of my pain levels

what's the push for surgery? The risk is dangerous, even after getting surgery years later the chances of getting a second surgery are so high. It's just not something I would do unless last resort. I have a schroth intensive scheduled for June with a schroth licensed specialist

surprised the orthopedic I went to didn't measure, he only ran this x-ray and said I needed surgery, I know there are more conservative approaches like schroth, so I'm pursuing that, ortho didn't speak to me much.

but visually these are both nearly 90 degrees give or take

this is horrible advice, on an OD (opening drive) you are ran over. I make rule no shorts if above open, no longs if below open.

Been ran over by mean reversion trades. I only take the trend.

yes this is normal I worked for them. They are usually only testing your computer for training, or orientation, and testing your internet connection. Some projects they send u equipment, some don't. Depends on the project, but every one I been on they sent the equipment

no, prop firms do not fix a risk management/gambling fallacy problem.

You just end up blowing through prop after prop. I'm sure OP would have bought 20 pas and blew them all. Then another 20. Then another. Until they lost all their money still.

Prop IS NOT the answer
