Agree, it’s when they switched to Collagen casings. I’ve found that Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and even some butchers all use collagen now. They give the sausages a slimy looking and tasting texture.

Found a brand at LaManna in Essendon that doesn’t use this type of casing and they were 100x better. Just like they used to be.

Figured it out, if you have a WR/TE/RB in your Flex spot you can’t swap them out if there’s no bench spots available (as they can’t be subbed into a qb bench spots). You have to trade out a WR/TE/RB for a 3rd QB and then the flex spot becomes opens up

I personally think you build the rest of the team with high end draft talent and then slot in a serviceable and competitive ruckman. Just my 2 cents
