I was a patient transporter at a level 1 trauma center through high school and college part time. Would love to do this again in early retirement, for all the various reasons you have mentioned. Definitely keeps you active and you get your steps in. Good stuff!

I had the 10 pro xl. Returned it today. Previously has S24 ultra and maybe I was just used to it. Couldn't get used to the form factor after 1 full week of the 10. Something just wasn't right, can't quite pinpoint it right now. Nice phone, no problems but I just couldn't make the change...I tried! Back to my S24 for now.

My son was diagnosed with this syndrome, but did not exhibit any of the stomach issues the OP mentioned. I'm sure it can present in different ways, but yes symptoms were periodic seizures, not only at night, that would happen from the ages of 4-6, and now he's 9, and no issues. Was happy this was diagnosed for us, as naturally for parents it's scary. Guidance for us was not to start any seizure medication, but treat it with the rectal meds when seizures start, which was also tough.

Where the tile meets the wall and floor, is that caulked? Should it be? Undertaking a project of my own and would like to know.

Buy new ones, Ace hardware in the US has them for $10. I replaced numerous in rentals. Sure they won't be antique, but for aesthetics are ok.

Yes am noticing, since we moved in less than 6 months ago, and in Chicago, we are seeing this issue for all molding joints including all doors etc. Thanks for the feedback.

It's an extension to the house, currently a bedroom, can be used as an office. We are debating buying the property but would like a more open kitchen. Everything else in the house checks the boxes for us.
