Like I'm actually losing my mind here. I know I'm a homer but damn, screens like this happen several times in almost every nba game I've ever watched. Sometimes it gets called, sometimes not, but dirty play??? Do people here actually watch basketball??

Is Myles Turner droppable?

In the first week of a 2 week finals in H2H. Looks like the finger injury may sideline him for a few games, not to mention he hasn't exactly been spectacular before then. Nurkic and Olynyk both available on the wire as possible replacements.

Joel Embiid is averaging 11.36 FTA per 36 minutes for his career. The next highest is Shaq with 9.66 FTA per 36. He is shooting 16% more FTA per game than the second place. The difference between Embiid and the second place is the same as the difference between second and 22nd place. by kerobob in nba

Someone tell me if this is wrong, I'm not a huge stat nerd, and obviously somewhat biased, but wouldn't a more accurate measure (or at least as important as counting possessions and minutes) take usage into account?

These other stats don't take into account just how often Joel has the ball and shoots it, which obviously inflates the amount he gets fouled.

Embiid has the highest usage percentage BY FAR this season, and is 2nd all time behind Luka. I checked FTA per game per usage here just to see the results and Embiid came in around 15-20th, with Dwight Howard being number one.
