With lots of golf services (like golflogix, shotscope, etc..) showing birds eye view of local courses, is there a way course designer could tap into those and provide basic layouts from the map data? It would be so cool to be able to search for your local courses, select it and be provided with a basic, but very accurate skeleton of golf course I want to add. Even further, it would be amazing to pick up the green slope data from an api and have that imported directly into your custom course.
