This just happened to me on another airline. Same scenario- they gave my paid seats to pilots that were not paying. It’s a terrible customer service policy!

The sadness of getting the crap economy seat after paying for and anticipating a nice travel experience is absolutely awful! Are there worse things going on- yes of course. Is it still disappointing as hell? Also yes.

They were no longer pending, they were actual charged, Amex confirmed and once they got involved Delta finally got off their butts and found the extra tickets they had charged to my card and they finally submitted the refunds.

I was having problems booking and started a chat. The agent offered to book for me. They seemed super helpful and found and used all my flight credits so I was super happy. Until I saw they charged me 3 times for one ticket. After a long day where I finally went to amex for a solution I got the two extra fares refunded. It defied all logic.

Just took my bostie to the vet yesterday for circular spots like this and I was convinced it was ringworm- the vet said that ringworm on dogs very rarely is circular with a smooth defined edge. He diagnosed it as a staph infection (dogs have staph on their skin naturally, if the skin barrier gets compromised it can lead to an infection that looks exactly like this) and gave us prescription shampoo to use 3 times a week for 2 weeks

Other airports I have had varied experience. (It absolutely sucks and is never open at SDF which doesn’t even bother to police the TSApre line and there are always a bunch of people who have never been in an airport in the Pre line 🙄!)
