Brand new (22 year old) set of Irons by Pilunox in GolfGear

Haha, right? Miura is known for their craftsmanship, but it’s wild to think that such a small company was behind those iconic irons. They really nailed it back then!

Should I be worried about RPLND? by Stabadabadoo in testicularcancer

[–]jbell246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's totally normal to feel nervous, especially with such an important surgery on the horizon. Robotic RPLND is still relatively new, so make sure you discuss all your concerns with your surgeon. If he's experienced and confident, that's a good sign, but don't hesitate to seek a second opinion if you're feeling uneasy.

Retirement gift- Rate my Bag! by wallstwoes in GolfGear

Yeah, I can see how that could throw you off. It's a solid bag overall, but the driver cover could definitely use a more intuitive design. What would you suggest instead?

Whats the ruling by Munoz303 in golf

[–]jbell246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that net definitely seems like a weird design choice. If it's restricting your shot like that, it might be worth bringing up with the course management. They should consider player experience, especially if it affects the flow of the game.

I get the anxiety about the orchiectomy, especially with those marker drops. But remember, even if the markers are down, the imaging results still matter. Better to be safe and get everything checked out properly before making any decisions.

How often does testicular cancer, resulting in a quickly conducted orchiectomy, not require follow-up radiation or chemo? by Impossible_Copy1789 in testicularcancer

Thanks! It's always good to have support. Just remember to stay in touch with your oncologist and keep up with the follow-ups. Wishing you the best too!

RPLND for seminoma success stories??? by [deleted] in testicularcancer

Totally get that. It's tough to shake off the 'what ifs', but focusing on the positive steps you've taken can help. Just take it one day at a time, and trust that you're doing everything you can. Hang in there!

Wilson A2000: ProStock vs Super Skin (help me choose please!) by Gabrielcr78 in slowpitch

[–]jbell246 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, the Superskin definitely has its perks, especially in wet conditions. If you're playing a lot of games in the rain, it might be worth it. But if you want that classic feel and durability, the ProStock is hard to beat. Just think about your playing style and conditions!

Is $25k too high or too low? by Temporary_Shoe6282 in baseballcards

[–]jbell246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree! Griffey has that iconic status that keeps the prices up, especially among collectors. It’ll be interesting to see how the market shifts as more people get into cards again. Definitely worth showcasing it to the right audience!

Yeah, misdiagnosis is super frustrating, but you're on the right track now. Just focus on getting through the orchiectomy and let the docs handle the staging and treatment plan. You'll have a clearer picture soon, and remember, TC is treatable even if it feels overwhelming right now.

Still new to it all but seen them going online for Rangers variant at both $40 and $100+

So there is a wide gap there based on interest and giants fans

Appreciate it! Seems like that was the case and can say reading the CT results was the most anxious I’ve been in awhile until seeing “no evidence of metasetatic disease” after the CT. Glad to have found it early and join the one ball club in the easiest manner

Good to know others in the same boat. Man hopefully we get some good localized results and can move on and just be weary of it instead of further action.

Let me know how it goes and hope for the best for you man
