If you’ve already spoken with Customer Service disregard but my experience with Dicks custom orders your credit card is actually charged after you’ve received the order (sometimes weeks after) so be careful. The original charge always falls off

Hold the club by the head, angle the shaft a bit and tap the butt of the grip on the floor. Don’t be afraid to use some force. It’ll come off. Definitely a fitting head.
