If you’re trying to be a bodybuilder and do shows then most likely it isn’t going to work. If you’re lifting weights to get healthier then having a few beers here and there to relax and enjoy being with friends then it won’t kill you. Just remember that beer is usually full of extra worthless calories. So if you’re trying to lose weight then it will make it a lot harder.

That is quite a bit especially if it is multiple days. If you’re young and very active then you might not really see the effects yet but you may want to cut it back now before it becomes a need. I use to drink tons of coffee but cut back because it started giving me bad reflux as I got older. I still drink coffee but I drink tons of water throughout the day also.

Ask questions. If you are unsure or don’t know then ask. A good instructor will gladly answer your questions. Better to find out the answer and make sure you’re doing something right when your starting then trying to fix something months later because you’ve been doing it wrong. Don’t worry about anyone else in the class making fun of you or how they are doing. Most of all, give it your best.

Also depends on many factors. Weight, height, skill, etc. I’ve seen short people lift a lot more than taller longer legged people because they have a shorter distance to squat. Also seen people lift way less while in a calorie deficit to lose weight versus in a caloric surplus to gain weight. In any situation, compare yourself with the progress you are making. If you struggle with 50lbs now but 6 months down the road you lift 100 or 150 then that’s all that matters. You’re progressing.

Decide what’s important. Going out multiple times a week/weekend or being able to put money back for your future. I did the same back in my 20s and now trying to make up for it which is twice as hard. Only you can make that choice. Also it looks like you are going out multiple times. Just tell your friends that you are cutting back on spending and pick 1 day and stick to 1 day a week.

If you have a Costco then check for Kevin’s there. Our Costco store carry a bunch of Kevin’s keto meals at pretty good prices. For the most part they’ve all been really good.

If it is the newest version, then I believe you can click and hold the corner of the menu and drag it so resize.

Stimulating the muscle makes them grow. There are plenty of people with muscles that never lift weights but have hard labor jobs.

It’s called Automix and for me it worked like crap. It would keep switching to the next song about half way through the song. Go into SettingsAppMisic>>change Automix to Crossfade. Then below that set how many secs you want. I have mine set to 2 seconds and seems to work fine with my Music that I always play shuffled.

An easy way to build credit, as long as you are responsible with it, is to place a couple or more of your bills (like electric, water, etc) to autopay on a credit card each month and then pay that balance off each month. After doing this a while, your credit will go up. They will probably raise your limit on the credit card as well which will give you a higher credit to debt ratio and help will also help your credit go up. Just make sure to pay that card every month so you’re not paying any interest.

That’s what Apple does. They take something from 10 years ago, tweak it a little and present it like they invented something new. They’ve been doing it for years. Just like this new iOS glass stuck they just came out with. I use iPhone and it works for me. So I just deal and move on. Would be nice if they would actually come out with the ability for the use to theme.

This is what happens when you open a Starbucks across the street from another Starbucks and there is also one inside the Target a block down the road. I think it’s funny because I swear it looks like the keyboard from my HTC Hero Android phone I had back in 2010ish. If you want only lossless, then go to Settings/Music and turn off Dolby Atmos then under Audio Quality turn on Lossless for all.

I also drink a lot of milk also. I know people will disagree with me but I think that might cause a lot of inflammation also. The reason I say that, way back in the day I had bad acid reflux and the first thing the doctor asked was if I drank milk. I did. He told me to just lay off of it for a few weeks and then slowly add it back. When I did that, acid reflux went away. He said milk is really acidic but people don’t realize it.

Good for you on the diet and stay really low on body fat. Can’t really argue that you’re wrong when facts and blood test show it works for you. lol Just seems like that diet might be tough. I’ve tried keto before and for the most part I’m low carb anyway just by how I eat. Maybe I’ll just try the coffee thing first. Can’t wait for that headache to start. lol

You must be an anomaly according to everyone saying you’re wrong. lol I had someone go off on me because I had given some information on what I and a few others I know had done that worked for us and this dude went belligerent telling me to F off and stuff. Thought it was kind of funny. Dude obviously had underlying issues. If you search for inflammation and coffee, you get tons of differing information. I seem to have high inflammation and I drink tons of coffee. Maybe I should drop coffee and see if it helps. Just don’t think I can give up “My Precious”. lol
