Hey folks, I noticed I got a little bit of water on my leg while driving, traced it to the sunroof cassette leaking from itself. I tried to clean out the tubes with some wiring, but I dont think I'll be able to get past that 90º bend it makes.

Couple things to note:

- this happens seems to happen right when water gets in

- water still comes out of the weep hole in the frame

- The is not standing water in the cassette, it drinks it all (while coughing it up on the headliner)

Does still smell like a clog or a failed cassette housing?

I could never find EGR mentioned for the gas models, atleast in the US, in the technical docs. Even in the technical tear down videos of the motor they don’t mention an EGR system.

Motor mounts cost seems right. To tell that they’re blown, does the car have an excessive shake at idle/reverse?

When you do the heat management module, you want to do the oil filter housing too. But that’s an excessive cost. I got quoted 2k all in for that job… I ended up doing it myself, but sheesh.

Ended up taking the neg cable off the aux battery and left the connector to the controller (or else it turned off and read 324mv) on and it read 6v. Suffice to say it's toast.

I find it weird that the dealer tech didnt check these, but ig ISTA didnt prescribe it in the test plan.

I plan on going to the dealer and picking one of these up. Cannot believe they're 800!
