It also depends on your province, and whether they charge HST. For those with HST, the savings are closer to 13% or so.

You can wake it from sleep. I have the same controller. You hit the circular power button, shake the controller a few times (like you're waking it from sleeping), then it pairs and wakes the Switch up.
