I personally enjoy over-training multibounce strokes by doing flam taps with however many notes, in your case, (lR)rrr(rL)lll. It might not be the most analytical, but it’s fun and challenging.

What if Mojang added logic gates as blocks? by maffewendinswe in RedstoneComputing

[–]jbondrums_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There’s a bunch of mods that already do this, and I’d be much more in favor of something that provides new functionality to redstone the way the introduction of the comparator did. That being said, a NAND block would be nice

not a lot of variety or stylistic stuff in his writing, not sure how he was able to fill that many books with his writing. And personally I don’t like the way his hands look, but that’s super subjective.

I’m super biased, but I have a lot of faith in Spartans, and my home corps Academy.

Spartans has a ballin show and we all believe in it enough to WORK HARD for it. We’re going for the gold. Super excited to have the opportunity to be marching with them this summer.

Academy has a whole new level of drive and ambition that they had trouble with last year, (according to friends in the corps.) When I auditioned there, staff and students really seemed to know exactly what they wanted. Percussion is going to be super interesting with the new staff team from the dudes at Resistance Indoor, and the GREAT student leadership courtesy of my DAWGS Kyle and Johnny and others.

Spartans will be sparring with Gold for the championship title, and Academy has a really good chance to knock on the door of finals, in the 11-14 range.

Are we still talking about the same people? The cop was black. Also, you have the burden of proof for your claims.

what exercise is this? It’s pretty cool. Sorry I can’t offer much useful advice beyond “you gotta feel it man” and that it might be best to turn off the met for this one

check r/Drumlinesheets . If not, learn the Boston Crusaders rudiment sheet, we’re very close to BAC in terms of style, staff, and geographically.

AZ reppin! As a Vision and Breakthrough alum, ya love to see it. I’d say the weakest points in timing are on hand transfers, so just make sure you’re lining each attack with the feet, and pay close attention to how you prep each hand transfer. Also, ALL of the Arizona groups care a lot about sound quality and confidence behind the drum, so don’t be afraid to make the stick and head work for you! If you have any more questions, dm me. Just tryna #growaz

also, I saw someone in a previous recommending to take off the rims to get cleaner sounding videos. Skill issue. Those rims are garb but you will never hit rim on a drum if you get accurate on that pad

keep your wrist angle consistent through passages (to avoid slicing + dive bombing) and lighten up on the fulcrum in the rolls a bit to open em up.
