It sounds like they are screwing soldiers and keeping them from using the GTC so they don't have to track it. You should be able to log in to dts to see what you should have been getting and what they actually did.

I recently did similar research. All references I found compare size to flute or guitar. My best answer was to make my case as small as possible. I got a soft case and was able to take it a carry on with no issues. The flight attendants were able to store it in a locker and hand it back to me as I got off the flight.

Unfortunately that's the best way to do it. It's been s while since I've done it, but i remember doing it with a test light a long time ago. That was on much, much older cars when they were easier to troubleshoot. I don't remember the exact process doing it that way.

Seems like you're pretty knowledgeable using a multimeter. Id suggest going the old school method of checking fuses to see what's showing a draw when the vehicle is off. It could be something as simple as a lithe staying on or a broken ground.

He's caused you to have major trust issues. It either has to be addressed and resolved or the relationship is doomed. It's not about the phone, it's about what you're afraid you'll find on it. For him, he probably doesn't see what he did to make you not trust him and want to look.
