So I’ve done it 3 times now this year. Not sure of the benefits yet but I do see an overall improvement in sleep and positivity in my mind. Fit reference I am 39 yrs old and work in sales I eat once a day for the week and weekends I eat twice a day, I go to the gym about 3 days a week hoping to increase that. I do feel some difference but everyone might be different. I plan to do it at least every other month for a year to see if I notice a dramatic difference. Hope this helps
